At Persephone Books, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn state.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, affix it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
